China's Eco City looks for residents

When China launched the Eco City project six years ago it hoped to create a big city without the pollution and congestion that troubles other Chinese cities.

The city, which is near Tianjin in the north east of the country, has room for 350,000 residents, but at the moment just 12,000 people live there.

There is concern that a downturn in China's property market could hamper efforts to persuade others to move in.

Ali Moore went to the Eco City near Tianjin, to take a look.
