Sir Lindsay Owen-Jones sues ski slope chip shop over 'smell'

A former chief executive of one of the world's biggest cosmetics firms is suing a fast food stall near his holiday home in the French Alps.

He says the smell of chip fat is ruining the neighbourhood.

The chip shop manager says Sir Lindsay Owen-Jones simply does not like her working-class customers.
