Indonesia's government mulls air fare price rise

The Indonesian government has proposed a 10% increase in budget airline ticket prices to try to improve safety in the wake of the AirAsia crash.

The country's regulations came under scrutiny after it emerged that the airline did not have permission to operate the Surabaya-to-Singapore route on the day of the accident, 28 December.

The BBC's Pinta Karana filed this report from Jakarta.
