India's taxis aim to improve safety for women

The alleged rape of a female passenger by an Uber taxi driver in Delhi a few months ago was the country's latest sex attack to hit the headlines.

The case caused more concern when it emerged the suspect had previously been charged with another rape.

So how are taxi firms trying to improve safety for women, and protect customers? Ashleigh Nghiem starts her report in Trivandrum, in the southern state of Kerala.
