How inflation dip impacts on one small business

The Consumer Price measure of inflation was 0.3% for the year to January, down from its level of 0.5 per cent in December.

The tumble reflects a slide in global oil prices, which last month fell to their lowest level in almost six years at below $45 (£29) a barrel.

A supermarket price war has also led to lower food prices.
