HSBC considering moving headquarters out of the UK

The HSBC banking group says it is considering moving its headquarters away from the UK because of an increase in taxes and regulation.

The group, which employs nearly 50,000 people in the UK, has been criticised recently over the activities of its Swiss private banking arm.
