Budget 2015: Chancellor 'making working people worse off'

Acting Labour leader Harriet Harman has condemned Chancellor George Osborne's Budget claiming it will "make working people worse off".

Responding to the Budget statement, Ms Harman said seven years after the financial crisis, Britain's economic recovery remained fragile, blaming Mr Osborne.
