New minimum wage too high, business owner says

The number of people without jobs has increased for the second month in a row, with total unemployment rising by 25,000 to 1.85 million in the three months to June.

The British Chambers of Commerce said the figures showed the UK recovery is still in need of "care and attention".

One business owner has been explaining that he will not be taking on more staff in the near future, citing the new minimum wage as a barrier.
