Jazz revival: New York takes jazz to China

Jazz was pretty much eradicated in China during the Mao era, which means setting festivals or opening clubs there could be a challenge.

But that's not stopping New York's Blue Note jazz club.

It's opening a branch in Beijing in March next year. Within the next three years it also plans to open venues in Shanghai and Taiwan's capital, Taipei.
