Money Box: Secret recording of bank fraud call

It's 6pm on July 29th and 65 year old Nargess Sadjady is at her West London home. The phone rings. She answers.

It's someone claiming to be from Santander - a bank where she has an account.

In fact it's the first of three phone calls fraudsters made to her trying to get money from her account.

What the criminals didn't know is that Nargess Sadjady was recording every word of their conversation.
