How India's Spicejet was saved

Late in December 2014, Indian budget carrier Spicejet was perilously close to collapse.

It cancelled thousands of flights and was being denied fuel because of unpaid bills.

Then founder Ajay Singh - who had sold the company - came back to the business - putting in tens of millions of dollars and becoming the chief executive once more.

The BBC's Shilpa Kannan met him and started by asking about what it was doing to win back confidence.
