Smriti Nagpal, 25, India
Smriti Nagpal was inspired by her work as a sign language interpreter in India, which has the largest deaf population in the world, to set up Atulyakala.
The organisation sells products like bags, mugs, wallets and journals by deaf designers.
Her advice for anyone wanting to follow in her footsteps: "See few dreams and follow them with all your heart, and then the world will be right there, all yours!"
