China: 'Factory owners run away'

How bad is the situation on the ground in China? One factory owner in the south-western city of Chengdu has told the BBC that he's been forced to let his staff go after losing tens of thousands of dollars in orders over the past year. Mr Yuan also said that many owners of shoe factories had shut down, leaving workers without pay.
