The app helping expectant mothers in rural Cameroon

Four years ago, Alain Nteff, a young engineering student, was deeply affected by what he saw in a medical clinic in rural Cameroon, where mothers and babies were dying from conditions that could have been detected and managed.

It inspired him to create a mobile platform that helps fight maternal and infant mortality in his country's more isolated areas.
