Can technology help revolutionise Rwanda's economy?

Rwanda has come a long way since the government-sponsored genocide 22 years ago, when an estimated 800,000 ethnic Tutsis and moderate Hutus were killed by dominant Hutu forces.

It does not have the abundant natural resources enjoyed by so many other African countries, so it has decided to focus on being a hub for the so-called fourth revolution - the revolution in technology - in order to grow its economy.
