Bank accused of political involvement in EU debate

Bank of England governor Mark Carney is involved in a testy exchange with Conservative Eurosceptic MP Jacob Rees-Mogg during questions at the Treasury select committee, with Mr Rees-Mogg accusing the Bank governor of becoming politically involved in the debate.
