Siemens: Short-term investment decisions will be on ice

One of the UK's most influential industrialists has warned that investment could be hit in the wake of the Brexit vote.

Juergen Maier, Chief Executive of Siemens UK, insists that while the giant German firm is committed to the UK, he's worried about the prospects for future investment.

Siemens employs around 14,000 people in the UK and has 13 manufacturing plants.

Mr Maier campaigned for the remain vote in the referendum.
