Apple chief Tim Cook: Tax ruling 'maddening'

Apple chief Tim Cook tells Irish broadcaster RTE that the European Commission ruling that Apple should pay billions of euros in back taxes to the Republic of Ireland is "maddening".

Mr Cook told RTE reporter Paschal Sheehy on the Morning Ireland programme the Commission's ruling had "no basis in fact or in law".
