Women 'do ask, just don't get' pay rises

Women are just as pushy as men when it comes to asking for pay rises. They're just less likely to get them, according to new research based on data from Australia.

Dr Amanda Goodall, a co-author of the research from Cass Business School, told Radio Four's Today programme what they found.
