Uber employment tribunal has 'big implications'

An employment tribunal about workers' rights at the taxi-app firm Uber could have big implications - not just for Uber, but for other taxi firms and companies with similar working models.

It centres on whether Uber drivers are classed as employed or self-employed. The BBC's John Moylan explains.
