Easyjet to set up continental based airline

EasyJet has confirmed it will set up a separate airline operation in continental Europe in case it is unable to keep its current flying arrangements once the UK leaves the European Union.

Carolyn McCall, the airline's chief executive, told the Today programme the company will "remain headquartered in Britain".
