IFS chief: 'Worst decade for living standards'

The director of a respected economic think tank has said that the UK is experiencing "the worst decade for [growth in] living standards since the last war".

Paul Johnson explained to the BBC's Andrew Verity that the latest forecasts from the Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) indicated that conditions are likely to remain tough.
