Lloyds boss 'optimistic' about UK economy
Nearly a decade after the government had to rescue Lloyds bank it has this morning sold its final shares.
The bank's boss told the Today programme that they have tried to reduce job losses but it is "inevitable" that when two banks merge there will be "duplication" of jobs.
Chief Executive of the bank Antonio Horta Osorio has said he is "optimistic about the state of the UK economy".
