Germany's youngest breadwinner

It’s one of the richest countries on earth, and boasts record-low unemployment.

But one radical start-up in Germany is handing out a basic income of 1,000 euros a month to more than 100 total strangers - with the hope that it will liberate them to pursue their passions.
