Mobile loan apps in India: 'They try to mentally break you'

Indian agencies are investigating dozens of instant lending apps after accusations that they violate rules and use aggressive methods to recover loans. India's central bank, the RBI, has also cautioned citizens to beware of unauthorised loan apps.
