Russian-born Natasha Bowes has a business called Biotiful, which has brought the fermented milk drink kefir to the UK. After nine years in business, she now sells 300,000 bottles of the yoghurt-like drink every week.

But Natasha says she could have grown the company much quicker at the outset had she recruited staff earlier on to help her.
