CEO Secrets: 'Company culture shouldn't be too nice'
When Tamara Littleton started her marketing agency the Social Element, she was determined to make it a friendly place to work. However, that meant her employees were being so agreeable that they never told her that she was making a mistake.
After a failed attempt to start up a branch of her business in Sydney to reach East Asia, she introduced a new company culture that she calls "healthy conflict".
