Cameron tells Chinese students England's fees will help

In a speech in China, Prime Minister David Cameron says a rise in tuition fees for England's universities will help keep down costs for foreign students from China.

His speech comes as thousands of students and lecturers descend on London to demonstrate against plans to almost treble tuition fees in England to £9,000 per year.
