Non-Scottish students may face big fees to study there
Students from England, Wales and Northern Ireland who want to go to university in Scotland could find themselves being charged three times more than anyone else in the EU to study there.
The Scottish Government will publish a range of options for University funding tomorrow.
The BBC understands that one option likely to be backed by the SNP is that students from Scotland will continue to get their university education for free, but everyone else will be charged up to £6,000.
