Children encouraged to stand up at school
Children as young as three are being taught the importance of getting up and about - to help them prevent the diseases of old age.
With one in 10 children now starting primary school clinically obese, one organisation says it is vital that children grow up knowing the dangers of a sedentary lifestyle.
The Active Movement project has been teaching them how to make exercise a natural part of their daily life.
