Election 2015: Miliband says let the people decide

Labour leader Ed Miliband has said he wants to win an overall majority at the general election because the coalition government "has become an excuse for broken promises".

"Let the people decide on 7 May but I want a majority Labour government because I think it's the best thing for the country", he added.

Mr Miliband's comments came during the BBC election debate.
