Election 2015: Parties' stances on rural fuel duty rise
Andrew Neil quizzed five energy and climate change spokespeople on their respective parties' stances on potentially holding down fuel duty in rural areas.
He spoke to UKIP's Roger Helmer, Lib Dem Ed Davey, Green Andrew Cooper, Conservative Matt Hancock and Labour's Caroline Flint about what their party might do if it was part of the new government.
