Nick Clegg sets out Lib Dems' coalition 'red lines'
Lib Dem leader Nick Clegg has started setting out his so-called "red lines", his party's pre-conditions for coalition deal-making.
During his morning news conference at the National Liberal Club, he re-iterated his commitment to "crucial" education spending
And he unveiled another demand, a "Stability Budget" within the first 50 days of the next parliament, which would set out detailed tax and welfare plans to balance the books.
