Penrose Inquiry: Blood victims faced 'catastrophic pain'
Thousands of people who were infected with Hepatitis C and HIV through NHS blood products in the 1970s and 80s have been told the conclusions of a judge-led inquiry.
The Penrose Report said that there was very little that could have been done differently.
After the findings were released Bill Wright, from Haemophilia Scotland, said the fight for truth was not over.
He added: "When this cruel catastrophe of contaminated blood invaded our lives it left extra confusion, sickness, pain and all too often ultimate loss, grief, despair and very heavy hearts."
