Manchester attack: Chris Phillips on further bombs

There could be further bombs from those connected to the Manchester attack, said a former head of the UK National Counter Terrorism Security Office.

Chris Phillips told Daily Politics presenter Andrew Neil: "If it was (a) home-made explosive, then somewhere in the UK, there is a bomb factory that needs to be found."
