Singer Wyclef Jean's Haiti presidential bid

Hip hop star Wyclef Jean has been speaking about his plans for Haiti if he gets elected as the country's president.

He was appearing at a Caribbean festival in Belgium where one of his songs was aptly called "If I was President".
