Stars bringing Upstairs Downstairs to a new generation

After nearly 40 years, the multi-award-winning drama Upstairs Downstairs is back on television this Christmas on BBC One.

The revival of the iconic series is said to bring the show to a new generation.

Actor Anne Reid, who plays Mrs Thackeray and Ellie Kendrick, who plays young maid Ivy, spoke to BBC Breakfast about the new series.
