Anne Diamond condemns 'demeaning' EastEnders cot death plot

Scenes of EastEnders actress Samantha Womack's character swapping her dead child for another baby, have prompted thousands of complaints to the BBC.

Broadcaster Anne Diamond, who lost her son to cot death, said the baby-swap story line was a "nasty little twist" that "trivialised and certainly sensationalises the whole cot death issue".
