Rob Lowe: Friend Charlie Sheen told children 'moon is hollow'

Charlie Sheen is both "smart" and "nuts", his friend and fellow actor Rob Lowe has said.

Talking to Richard Bacon on BBC Radio 5 Live, Rob Lowe said that Charlie Sheen had told his teenage sons that the "moon is hollow".
