X-Men's James McAvoy on his political superpower
Scottish actor James McAvoy has taken on the superhero genre in the blockbuster movie franchise X-Men, playing the young Charles Xavier, Professor X.
The fifth instalment in the series, X-Men: First Class, takes viewers back to the beginning of the story.
McAvoy says that if First Class is a success it is unlikely to be the final big-screen outing for Marvel's band of occasionally fractious mutants.
He told BBC Breakfast that Professor X's mind reading powers would be useful in the political realm.
