Hollywood sets its sights on China's film industry

This week, Hollywood's top lobbyist, the former US Senator, Chris Dodd, arrived in China to meet government officials and give the keynote address at the Shanghai International Film Festival.

The US wants more access to China's booming cinema market but China is resisting because of a quota system aimed at preserving its local film industry.
