Author Daisy Goodwin says library closures 'a tragedy'
Campaigners who have been fighting against proposed library closures this week received the backing of the High Court which ruled some of the closures were unlawful.
It was argued the councils had to provide a "comprehensive and efficient" library service under the 1964 Museums Act.
