Conductor Gustavo Dudamel inspires deprived children in LA
Gustavo Dudamel is one of the most beloved Latin American artists in the US.
The Venezuelan conductor is at the heart of the Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles, inspired in a system used in his own country to improve deprived children's lives through music.
The project has proven so successful that it has inspired the creation of other community orchestras in more than 20 cities around the US.
