Olympics opening ceremony role for dancer Akram Khan

British-Bangladeshi dancer and choreographer, Akram Khan, has spoken about his role in the opening ceremony for London's Olympic Games.

Khan has had a successful 2012, winning the Best Modern Choreography prize at the Critics Circle National Dance Awards for Vertical Road, and a Laurence Olivier award for his piece Desh.

He spoke to the BBC's Mishal Husain about his early career in Indian classical Kathak dance and about collaborating with film director Danny Boyle on the opening ceremony.
