Real life stolen identity story hits screens

A new British documentary called The Imposter examines the antics of a French-Algerian con man who managed to persuade a Texas family that he was their missing teenage son.

The case, which dates back to the 1990s, is seen as remarkable because the man spoke with a French accent and bore little physical resemblance to the Texas teen.

Talking Movies' Tom Brook reports on the film which has been picking up some strong reviews.

Talking Movies is broadcast on BBC World News on Saturday at 1330 GMT and Sunday at 0030, 0730 and 2030 GMT.
