Hallström's 'surprise' at Salmon Fishing Globes nods
The director of Salmon Fishing in the Yemen has expressed surprise at the film's nominations for the 2013 Golden Globe awards.
The film, based on the novel by Paul Torday, received three nominations: Best Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy, and acting nods for British stars Ewan McGregor and Emily Blunt.
Lasse Hallström said he had "almost forgotten" that the film had come out in 2012, as the release date had been moved back.
The awards will be held in Los Angeles on Sunday 13 January 2013.
