Disabled comedian Martinez on making people laugh

Francesca Martinez's story started when her teacher saw an advert in a newspaper for a disabled actor to play a part in a mainstream school.

That led to her role in the children's series, Grange Hill.

The comedian, who has cerebral palsy has also appeared in Extras, opposite Kate Winslet and had comedy stand-up tours around the world.
