Chelsee Healey joins Comic Relief Zambezi challenge

Actress Chelsee Healey will travel with a group of stars along the Zambezi River in Africa in an effort to raise money for Comic Relief.

She will be joined by Spice Girl Melanie C, Olympian Phillips Idowu, DJ Greg James and comedians Dara O'Briain and Jack Dee.

The challenge will include canoeing, kayaking and white water rafting for eight hours a day.

Blue Peter's Helen Skelton, who kayaked down the length of the Amazon for the charity, gave Healey some tips for the journey.
