Delaying G.I. Joe for 3D was a 'risky' move says The Rock

The blockbuster sequel G.I. Joe: Retaliation was originally due to be released in 2012, but was delayed so that it could be converted into 3D.

Talking Movies' Al Moloney has been talking to the film's star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and director Jon M Chu about the studio's "risky" decision to postpone the film, which is now going on general release.

Talking Movies is broadcast on BBC World News on Saturday at 13:30 GMT and Sunday at 00:30, 07:30 and 20:30 GMT.
