McCartney: I'll do Children in Need for £1m donations

Sir Paul McCartney has agreed to do a gig for Children in Need next year if Radio 2 listeners raise £1 million.

The musician, who has just released his latest album New, is currently performing series of intimate concerts at Maida Vale for BBC Radio's 2 and 6 Music.

Speaking to Chris Evans, Sir Paul said he would do the gig at Mr Evans' pub if his schedule allowed it.
